Return Eligibility

Our return policy applies only to items that are defective or damaged upon arrival and is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we regret that we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.
  • It should be securely packaged. If you don’t have the original packaging, please ensure it's well-protected during return transit.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Return addresses vary depending on the fulfillment center and will be provided once your return is approved.
  • Final sale items and discounted orders are not eligible for return, unless they arrived defective or damaged.
  • Please do not send returns to the product manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing during shipping, we’ll either send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after receiving confirmation:

  • Please check your bank or credit card provider — processing times can vary.
  • If it still hasn’t arrived after a few business days, contact us for support.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error. These fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item if it arrived damaged or defective. Please reach out to us at contact@fivsell.com within 30 days of delivery to start the exchange process.
